§ 17070.46

(a)For projects funded under this chapter, the following state agencies are deemed not to be the lead agency for the purposes of the California Environmental Quality Act (Division 13 (commencing with Section 21000) of the Public Resources Code):

(1)The board.

(2)The Department of General Services.
