View on leginfo.ca.govThe expenditure by a school district, prior to the filing of an application for an apportionment under this chapter, of proceeds from the sale of district bonds for the construction of a swimming pool, shall not in and of itself constitute grounds for denying an apportionment, but the board may require a contribution of district funds therefor under Section 16031.
