View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)The governing board shall provide the governance structure for the data system by developing and revising, from time to time, a self-governance process to ensure that the governing board, among other actions, does all of the following:
(1)Convenes on a regular basis, but no less than quarterly.
(2)Selects a chairperson.
