CIV § 1812.119 Effective Sep 21, 1980Div. 3 · Title 2.6 · Part 4

(a)Any contract for discount buying services which does not comply with the applicable provisions of this title shall be voidable by the buyer.

(b)No discount buying organization shall make or authorize the making of any reference to its compliance with this title.
