§ 1286.2

CCP § 1286.2 Effective Jan 1, 2002Title 9 · Part 3 · Ch. 4 · Art. 1

(a)Subject to Section 1286.4, the court shall vacate the award if the court determines any of the following:

(1)The award was procured by corruption, fraud or other undue means.

(2)There was corruption in any of the arbitrators.
