§ 7582.12

BPC § 7582.12 Effective Jan 1, 2002Div. 3 · Ch. 11.5 · Art. 3

(a)The license shall at all times be posted in a conspicuous place in the principal place of business of the licensee.

(b)The director may assess a fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) per violation of subdivision (a).
