View on leginfo.ca.govA revoked license is subject to expiration as provided in this article, but may not be renewed. If it is reinstated pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act after its expiration, the licensee, as a condition precedent to its reinstatement, shall pay a reinstatement fee in an amount equal to the current renewal fee.
