§ 7150

BPC § 7150 Effective Jan 1, 2021Div. 3 · Ch. 9 · Art. 10

(a)“Person” as used in this article is limited to natural persons, notwithstanding the definition of person in Section 7025.

(b)“Senior citizen” means an individual who is 65 years of age or older.
