§ 6786

BPC § 6786 Effective Mar 21, 1984Div. 3 · Ch. 7 · Art. 6

Statute text

It is the duty of the respective members of the legal system to prosecute all persons charged with the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter. It is the duty of the executive officer of the board, under the direction of the board, to aid these officers in the enforcement of this chapter.
