§ 6307

Statute text

Each board shall elect a secretary, who shall keep a full statement and account of all property, money, receipts and expenditures, and shall keep a record and full minutes in writing, with the ayes and noes at length, of all proceedings of the board. Under the secretary’s hand, the proceedings may be verified by an official seal adopted and provided by the board for that purpose.
