§ 6106.4

BPC § 6106.4 Effective Jan 1, 2026Div. 3 · Ch. 4 · Art. 6

(a)For purposes of this section, the following definitions shall apply:

(1)“Applicant” means an applicant for admission to practice law in this state.

(2)“Attorney” means an attorney admitted to practice law in this state.
