§ 4999.26

BPC § 4999.26 Effective Jan 1, 2022Div. 2 · Ch. 16 · Art. 2

(a)For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions apply:

(1)“Nonexempt setting” means a setting that does not qualify as an exempt setting, as specified in Section 4999.22.
