View on leginfo.ca.govA license that is not renewed within three years after its expiration may not be renewed, restored, reinstated, or reissued, except that a former licensee may apply for and obtain a new license if he or she complies with all of the following:
(a)No fact, circumstance, or condition exists that, if the license were issued, would justify its revocation or suspension.
(b)He or she takes and passes the current examinations required for licensing.
