View on leginfo.ca.govWhenever a person is prohibited from serving as a manager, administrator, owner, member, officer, director, associate, partner, or in any other position with management or control of a licensee as provided by Section 4307, the board shall, in each case where it has that information, notify in writing each licensee for whom the person is a manager, administrator, owner, member, officer, director, associate, partner, or in any other position with management or control of the prohibition. The board shall send the notification to the licensee’s address of record. The licensee shall have 30 days from the date that the notice is sent to remove and replace the prohibited person and, where appropriate, file a change of permit to reflect that change.
