§ 4210

BPC § 4210 Effective Jan 1, 2026Div. 2 · Ch. 9 · Art. 16

(a)A person who seeks recognition as an advanced pharmacist practitioner shall meet all of the following requirements:

(1)Hold an active license to practice pharmacy issued pursuant to this chapter that is in good standing.
