BPC § 4052 Effective Jan 1, 2026Div. 2 · Ch. 9 · Art. 3

(a)Notwithstanding any other law, a pharmacist may do all of the following:

(1)Furnish a reasonable quantity of compounded drug product to a prescriber for office use by the prescriber.

(2)Transmit a valid prescription to another pharmacist.
