View on leginfo.ca.govAny person who violates Section 3502, 3503, 3515, or 3516 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six months, or by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both.
