§ 2506

BPC § 2506 Effective Jan 1, 2008Div. 2 · Ch. 5 · Art. 24

As used in this article the following definitions shall apply:

(a)“Board” means the Medical Board of California.

(b)“Licensed midwife” means an individual to whom a license to practice midwifery has been issued pursuant to this article.
