Procedural History 17 1) On for hearing is Respondent Wayne Yuen’s Request for Order filed 11/7/2025 seeking a 18 temporary guideline spousal support order. 19 2) Petitioner Lisa Fan has not filed a Responsive Declaration. 20 3) The hearing on Respondent’s Request for Order was originally set for hearing on 2/26/2026.
Per 21 the Stipulation and Order filed 2/18/2026, the parties agreed to continue the hearing to 6/11/2026. 22 4) On 6/5/2026, the parties appeared for a Mandatory Settlement Conference (MSC) and reached a 23 partial agreement. The minutes for the 6/5/2026 MSC do not mention whether the parties reached 24 any agreements regarding spousal support. 25 B. Findings and Order 26 1) There have been no pleadings filed regarding Respondent’s request for temporary spousal support 27 since November 2025. Respondent’s request for temporary spousal support is denied without 28 prejudice. 29 2) Respondent’s attorney shall prepare the Findings and Order After Hearing.
1 3) Preparation of Order: If you are directed by the court to prepare the order after hearing – within
2 10 calendar days of the hearing you must either: (a) Serve the proposed order to the other 3 party/counsel for approval, and follow the procedures set forth in CA Rules of Court, Rule 4 5.125(c), or (b) If the other party did not appear or the matter was uncontested, submit the
5 proposed order after hearing directly to the court. Failure to submit the order after hearing within 6 10 days may allow the other party to prepare a proposed order and submit it to the court in 7 accordance with CA Rules of Court, Rule 5.125(d). 8
