Discussion
Hanna Thompson, counsel for Travelers Indemnity Company, which intervened on behalf of inactive corporation Supro Corporation in this matter, submits a declaration and proofs of service sufficient to establish that the former owner of Supro, Plaintiffs counsel, and defense counsel have received notice of her intent to withdraw as counsel. Ms. Thompson states that the reason for withdrawal is that the policy limits for all policies issued by Travelers to Supro have been exhausted, and there are thus no funds remaining for Supros defense or indemnity in this or other matters.
III. Order The motion is GRANTED. The court will sign the proposed order submitted with the moving papers.
