Fidelity National Title Company is discharged from any and all liability relating to the $110,000 in funds deposited with the Court on June 9, 2022, pursuant to CCP sections 386(b) and 386.5. Fidelity is awarded $27,500 in reasonable attorney fees and $6,499.93 in costs. Plaintiff Fidelity National Title Complaint is hereby dismissed from this action with prejudice. =(501/CFH)
