Plaintiff Wells Fargo, N.A.'s Motion To Vacate Dismissal And Enter Judgment Pursuant to Stipulation is GRANTED. The request to vacate dismissal is granted. The court orders any dismissal entered in this action vacated.

Good cause appearing and consistent with the parties' agreement and Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6, judgment shall be entered as follows: Plaintiff Capital One, N.A. shall recover from Defendant Lester J. Rojas $7,296.06 in principal and $300 in costs, for a total judgment of $7,596.06. This is the judgment authorized by the settlement agreement and related events.

Prior to the time set for hearing, Plaintiff shall lodge by email to contestdept302tr@sftc.org a proposed order containing the above text verbatim.
