On 05/18/26 the personal representative filed a Second Supplement with attached Declarations by all four intestate heirs which show that all four intestate heirs consent to all payments made on the creditors claims filed in this matter.
Based on the consents of the intestate heirs, the court intends to:
Accept the waivers and approve the report. Approve proposed distribution consistent with intestate succession. (Probate Code §6402)
Approve statutory attorney fees of $15,000.00 to attorney Michael N. Balakian, subject to an itemization of the cost retainer of $2,000.00 previously paid being filed. If the itemization is not filed, the court approves statutory attorney fees of $13,000.00. Consent to payment of a cost retainer by the heirs does not waive the requirement of the attorneys itemization of such costs upon petition for final distribution.
