Petition to Fix Residence Outside the State of California
On April 23, 2026, the guardians of the person and estate filed an amended petition
requesting that the court authorize the residence of the minor be fixed outside of
California in Carson City, Nevada because it has a lower cost of living.
Proof of service filed April 24, 2026, shows that a copy of the notice of hearing was
served via mail upon all persons entitled to notice except for the minor, who is over the
age of 12 (DOB: 1/31/2014). (Prob. Code, §§ 1511, subd. (b)(1), 2352, subd. (e)(2)(A).)
