The Motion for Leave DEFENDANT TESLA, INC.S NOTICE OF MOTION AND MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE CROSS-COMPLAINT; MEMORANDUM OF POINTS AND AUTHORITIES; DECLARATION OF MARILOU BUSTONERA IN SUPPORT THEREOF filed by Tesla, Inc. on 03/11/2026 is Granted.

Defendant Tesla, Inc.’s unopposed Motion for Leave to File a Cross-Complaint is GRANTED.

Plaintiff shall file and serve on the current parties to this action a Cross-Complaint conforming to Exhibit A to the moving Bustonera Declaration no later than Tuesday, June 9, 2026.

CONTESTING TENTATIVE RULINGS

Pursuant to California Rule of Court 3.1308, subdivision (a)(1), this tentative ruling will become the order of the Court unless it is contested before 4:00 PM on the court day preceding the noticed hearing date.
