Who is the Trustee of the Morse Family Trust’ b. If Petitioner is the sole Trustee, who are the beneficiaries, and did they receive proper notice’ c. If Petitioner is not the Trustee, died Trustee receive proper notice?
2. If additional notice is required, file Proof of Service confirming that the parties named above receive proper notice on the mandatory form “Notice of Petition to Administer Estate.” (Judicial Council Forms, form DE-121; Prob. Code, § 8110.)
3. Submit a proposed Order to the Court.
