Plaintiff East West Bank's unopposed Motion For An (I) Order For Discharge And Dismissal Of Plaintiff East West Bank From Interpleader Action And (2) Order For Plaintiff East West Bank To Deposit Interpleader Funds To The Clerk Of The San Francisco Superior Court; and (3) Accounting And Request For Attorney's Fees And Costs is GRANTED.
Good cause appearing, Plaintiff is discharged from this action and from any liability to Defendants arising from the Interpleader Funds and the Account; Plaintiff is awarded the total sum of $30,097.70 as attorney's fees and costs; Plaintiff is ordered to deposit the balance of the Interpleader Funds ($145,259.39 less $30,097.70) with the Court.
