PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO COMPEL FURTHER RESPONSES TO SPECIAL INTERROGATORIES (SET TWO) NOS. 1, 2 AND 5, AND FOR SANCTIONS IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,2600.00 AGAINST DEFENDANT AND HIS ATTORNEY OF RECORD is GRANTED. Defendant to provide complete verified responses within 5 days of notice of entry of order stating the amount, date and the payee of each claimed offset to date.
