PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR JUDGMENT ON THE PLEADINGS Hearing Required. Plaintiff's counsel and Claire Brett to appear in person or via Zoom with video capability. No later than 9:00 a.m. Plaintiff's counsel shall provide a receipt for FedEx overnight mailing with tracking number for the motion and supporting documents no later than 9:00 a.m. on September 22, 2025.
The Court notes that the motion was submitted for filing at 10:47 a.m. on August 18, 2025; the proofs of services included with the motion papers attest to overnight mailing via FedEx on August 18, 2025; the proof of service is executed at Johannesburg, South Africa.
Furthermore, counsel for Plaintiff no later than 9:00 a.m. on September 22, 2025 shall either (1) provide a copy of a signed and filed endorsed copy of the purported June 10, 2025 "Order" referenced in paragraph 8 of Sikavi Declaration or (2) provide a brief limited to citations to authorities (no argument), not to exceed 2 pages, addressing the inclusion of what appears to be a print-out from the Court's tentative ruling web-page characterizing it as a true and correct copy of an "Order" of the Court. If no such authorities found, brief shall be filed and state "none."
Additionally, a filed endorsed courtesy copy of a Request for Judicial Notice referenced in the Points and Authorities shall be delivered to the Court no later than 9:00 a.m. on September 22, 2025. =(501/CFH)

Parties who intend to appear at the hearing must give notice to opposing parties and the court promptly, but no later than 4:00 p.m. the court day before the hearing unless the tentative ruling has specified that a hearing is required.
