1. No statement for Chase Acct. # 9400 showing ending balance as of 12/31/25 (Prob. Code, § 2620, subd. (c)(2).): Last statement is through December 4, 2025 and shows balance of $71,837.97 (Ex. 6 pg. 119). Ending balance of account is listed as $77,414.75.

2. Discuss Conservator Fee Rate and average amount of hours over last several accountings 3. Trustee’s Fees: (i) On 10/23/24 there was an “AR Balance Forward of $16,676.50.” Explanation and detailed summary needed. (ii) In 2024 JWL’s rate was both $135.00 and also $240.00 (see, e.g., 10/24/24 and 11/18/24). In 2025 JWL’s rate was both $280 and $330 an hour (see, e.g., 1/27/25 and 2/17/25. The rate increase from $135 an hour to $330 an hour seems excessive. Discuss at hearing. (iii) $21,690.00 for 26.7 hours would be $812 an hour. (iv) No Rule 7.702 statement.

4. Trustee’s Attorney Taylor, Scoles, and Bartels: (i) No Rule 7.702 statement; (ii) Invoices do not indicate who performed services. All services by Laura Bartels?

5. Discuss increase of bond. It appears that the most recent bond was on 2/4/16 and was for $10,000.00. Bond also on 1/27/14 for $2,229,651.00. Total bonds of $2,239651. Based on POH for the trust of $2,453,870.24, bond calculator shows $3,001,504.32 bond. Including conservator’s POH of $4,491.72, increases to $3,006,085.87. (Based on carry value, no FMV).

Upon verified supplement addressing the above, the court intends to:

- Grant the petition for Account and Report to Approve the Eighth Account & Report for the Conservatorship. - Approve the conservatorship accounting contained within the trust accounting, and a separate, formal conservatorship account is waived. - Approve conservator fees as requested and grant the increase in Conservator advances for a total periodic payment of $2,500.00 a month.
