The Court orders the following after review of the case.
The Initial Case Management Conference scheduled for 09/08/2026 is continued to 10/20/2026 at 3:00 PM in Department 22 at Rene C. Davidson Courthouse.
Plaintiff's request for entry of default filed 8/3/26 is defective as to defendant Fastway Express Inc. because of failure to comply with section 6(b) of that form.
As such, the Court VACATES and SETS ASIDE the default entered against Fastway Express Inc.
Plaintiff is ORDERED to properly seek entry of default against Fastway Express Inc.
The parties shall file updated Case Management Statements in compliance with California Rules of Court, rule 3.725, on Judicial Council Form CM-110, no later than 15 calendar days before the hearing. If the foregoing date is a court holiday or a weekend, the time is extended to the next business day.
Clerk is directed to serve copies of this order, with proof of service, to counsel and to selfrepresented parties of record.
