The parties' stipulation has been signed by the court and will appear in the register of actions in due course. The parties have agreed, and the court has ordered, that the discovery cutoff will track the new trial date, defendant Abdel Hamoda's discovery motion will be ordered off calendar, all prior discovery propounded by defendant is vacated, and defendant may propound discovery as if no prior discovery has been served.

The court no longer provides a court reporter in the Law & Motion or Discovery Department. Parties may retain their own reporter, who may appear in the courtroom or remotely. A retained reporter must be a California certified court reporter (CSR), for only a CSR's transcript may be used in California courts.
