Settling defendant Yingcui Tracy Long has moved to enforce her settlement agreement with plaintiff Mingli Wang. For the reasons stated herein, the court finds that Long has performed her obligations under the settlement agreement by making the payment to Wang in the amount and manner prescribed by the settlement agreement. The court requests further information and briefing on points discussed below and continues the matter for further hearing. (The Court's complete tentative ruling has been emailed to the parties.)

Counsel for the prevailing party is required to prepare a proposed order which repeats verbatim the substantive portion of the tentative ruling and must email it to contestdept301tr@sftc.org prior to the hearing even if the tentative ruling is not contested.
