Defendant Viking Pump, Inc.'s ("Defendant" or "Viking") Motion for Summary Judgment is DENIED. Opposition filed. Reply filed. Defendant fails to sustain its initial burden of showing Plaintiffs do not possess and cannot reasonably obtain needed evidence of exposure to asbestos-containing materials supplied by Defendant. (Aguilar v. Atl. Richfield Co. (2001) 25 Cal.4th 826, 855.)
