St. James' Motion to Strike Costs, or in the Alternative, Tax Costs is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Motion to Tax Costs is denied as to the Court reporter fees for hearing on 8/10/2023; 8/15/2023; 11/17/2023 in the total amount of $1,075.
