PLAINTIFF MARY TONNA Motion For Leave To File Second-Amended Complaint is GRANTED as follows: (1) Plaintiff to be produced for a deposition on a 5-day notice. The deposition regarding Bane Act shall not count towards the total hours remaining for the deposition on other issues; (2) all written discovery propounded on plaintiff regarding the Bane Act shall be responded to in 10 days; (3) Defendants may seek an order shortening time for a hearing on a demurrer when a demurrer is ready to be filed.

Notice of contesting a tentative ruling shall be provided by sending an email to the court to Department501ContestTR@sftc.org with a copy to all other parties stating, without argument, the portion(s) of the tentative ruling that the party contests. A party may not argue at the hearing if the opposing party is not notified, and the opposing party does not appear. | |
