Defendant Community Forward SF, Inc.'s unopposed Motion And Motion Of Defendant Community Forward Sf, Inc. For Request For Early Evaluation Conference And Stay Of Proceedings is GRANTED. The court orders an early evaluation conference before the Honorable Stephen M. Murphy in Department 606 of this court on December 19, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. This action is stayed until the 120th day after this order or until the neutral declares the EEC has concluded, whichever occurs first.
Defendant is ordered to submit a proposed order to contestdept302tr@sftc.org by 8:30 am on 11/5/2025. The proposed order must satisfy the requirements of Labor Code section 2699.3(f)(3) and all other requirements for an order granting a request for an EEC under PAGA.

The text of the email shall include the name and contact information, including email address, of the attorney or party who will appear at the hearing. Counsel for the prevailing party is required to prepare a proposed order which repeats verbatim the substantive portion of the tentative ruling and must email it to contestdept302tr@sftc.org prior to the hearing even if the tentative ruling is not contested.
The court no longer provides a court reporter in the Law & Motion Department. Parties may retain their own reporter, who may appear in the courtroom or remotely. A retained reporter must be a California certified court reporter (CSR), for only a CSR's transcript may be used in California courts.
