Good cause appearing, the court orders Defendants Golden Gate Bell Restaurant Holdings, LLC; Dolan Foster Enterprises, LLC; Diversified Restaurant Group, LLC; and Diversified Restaurant Group RSC, LLC are dismissed without prejudice from this action.
