The requirements of Code of Civil Procedures sections 664,6 and 579 and good cause appearing, the court grants the People's motion for stipulated final judgment and injunction as to Defendants Rogue Holdings, LLC and Swisher International, Inc. The court will execute the order portion of the [Proposed] Stipulated Final Judgment and Injunction as to Defendants Rogue Holdings, LLC and Swisher International, Inc. submitted by the People with their moving papers.
