DEFENDANTS SONOMA CRAFT HOLDINGS, LLC, APPLE CART CIDER LLC'S MOTION TO TRANSFER. Defendants' motion to change venue to Sonoma County is denied without prejudice. The request for fees is denied. The court's tentative ruling in its entirety has been sent to counsel via email.
