This case arises out of a debt-collection lawsuit. Credit Corp. Solutions Inc. demurs to defendant and cross-complainant Jason Jones's third amended cross-complaint (TACC). The demurrer is overruled as to the first cause of action and sustained with leave to amend as to the third and fourth causes of action. In light of the approaching trial date and the multiple prior amendments, Jones has 10 days to amend. Jones is ordered to comply with the meet and confer requirements of Code of Civil Procedure, section 430.41, if Credit Corp. demurs to any amended complaint.
