PLAINTIFF ABDALLAH LAMANE'S Motion To Compel The Deposition Of Person Most Qualified And Request For Sanctions.
Plaintiff Abdallah Lamane moves to compel the deposition of Lyft, Inc.'s person most qualified. The court grants the motion in part. The companion order on Lyft's protective order motion sets out the terms on which the motion is granted and denied. Lamane seeks sanctions. The court concludes that both parties acted with substantial justification on this discovery motion and does not award sanctions.
