2. Defendant Safeway Inc's ("Defendant" or "Safeway") Motion for Summary Judgment is DENIED. Defendant's Motion for Summary Adjudication is DENIED. Opposition filed. Reply filed. (The Court's complete tentative ruling has been e-served to all parties.
