DEFENDANT'S DEMURRER TO COMPLAINT is OVERRULED, 5 days to answer from notice of entry of order. The Complaint states a cause of action for unlawful detainer. The Court notes that Kwok v. Bergren (1982) 130 Cal.App.3d 596 and Bevill v. Zoura (1994) 27 Cal.App.4th 694, cited by Plaintiff in opposition, do not stand for the proposition for which Plaintiff cites them. =(501/CFH)
