Tamara Watkins v. Price-Simms, Inc., et al.

This matter is on for a compliance hearing following this Court’s February 24, 2026 order granting final approval of the class action settlement. Plaintiffs have submitted declarations regarding the disbursement of the settlement funds, which indicate that all disbursements have been made and that there are no outstanding issues. No objections have been lodged. Accordingly, unless objections are lodged at the hearing, the court finds compliance with the terms of settlement.

All parties must comply with Marin County Superior Court Local Rules, Rule 2.10(B) to contest the tentative decision. Parties who request oral argument are required to appear in person or remotely by ZOOM. Regardless of whether a party requests oral argument in accordance with Rule 2.10(B), the prevailing party shall prepare an order consistent with the announced ruling as required by Marin County Superior Court Local Rules, Rule 2.11.
