Motion for Protective Order Barring Defendant Sonia Allen's Deposition

The motion for protective order is GRANTED.

Defendant’s application for appointment of a guardian ad litem for Defendant Allen, was approved by the court on August 25, 2026. Sufficient evidence has been presented regarding Defendant’s medical condition and her inability to give deposition testimony.

This order does not prevent Plaintiff from taking the deposition of Defendant’s guardian ad litem.

Motion to Compel Defendant Sonia M. Allen to Appear at Deposition and Produce Documents

The motion to compel the deposition of Defendant Allen is DENIED.
