Defendants The Empire Group, Stock Exchange Tower Associates, Empire 155, Inc., Allied Universal Security Services's Motion for Leave to File Cross-Complaint is OFF CALENDAR. The parties have filed a notice of settlement and the action has been removed from the trial calendar. Thus, the court orders this motion off calendar.
