The motion to compel further responses and production against defendant Srinivas Katragadda is continued for hearing to January 7, 2026. While the motion was pending, defendant amended the responses at issue and made a significant additional production. Plaintiff's reply declaration raises some new concerns. The court orders the parties to meet and confer about these issues. The parties shall meet and confer telephonically or in person. If outstanding issues remain, Plaintiff must file a supplemental brief setting out the remaining issues no later than nine court days in advance of the continued hearing date. Defendant may respond in a supplemental brief filed no later than five court days in advance of the continued hearing date. The issue of sanctions sought with the moving papers remains live. If the parties resolve the discovery dispute they may take the motion off calendar.
For the 9:00 a.m. calendar, all attorneys and parties may appear in Department 301 remotely or in person. Remote hearings will be conducted by videoconference using Zoom.
