The Court takes judicial notice of the Settlement Agreement with Mutual Release and Stipulation for Entry of Judgment Upon Default ("Stipulation") signed by Defendant on December 9, 2024 and filed with the Court on June 18, 2026 with Plaintiff's moving papers. The Court also takes judicial notice of the Notice of Settlement of Entire Case filed with the Court on May 2, 2025.
