Plaintiff Ivan Resnikoff's motion for attorneys' fees, costs and expenses is granted in large part. No opposition filed and, except for the request for a multiplier, good cause has been shown for all fees, costs and expenses requested. Plaintiff is awarded fees of $17,139.50 and costs and expenses of $5,141.85 for a total of $22,281.35. The court exercises its discretion to deny a multiplier because the plaintiff has not shown that the circumstances in this case warrant increasing the lodestar amount. Defendant FCA withdrew its motion to tax costs.

For the 9:00 a.m. calendar, all attorneys and parties may appear in Department 301 remotely or in person. Remote hearings will be conducted by videoconference using Zoom.
